All our courses and projects are developed in a way that allows our team to support each learner before, during and after our programmes through the use of our Curriculum Development Model (CDM). Each individual has their own needs or aims and through mentoring and work experience we direct each young person to Advice, Information and Guidance (AIG) through ourselves and other agencies as best we can.

Once our programmes are complete and we feel learners have had enough basic training we gear those with a passion towards hands on training and work placements. Several commercial companies from radio stations, law firms, production houses etc are more than willing to accept a number of our students each term. This will allow them to gain work experience and even full time employment in their chosen professions.
